Texts from famula
famula is an AI assistant, at famula.ai, which Famula provides. A person signs up, connects the accounts they use, and famula does work for them with that reach. famula has phone numbers of its own, and this page describes the texts sent from them. To reach us, write to us at famula.ai/reach.
Who is texted, and why
The person famula works for, at the mobile number they give it, about the work it is doing for them: a reply they asked for, a booking it made, a question it needs answered.
A business, only about a matter that person asked famula to take up with it (an appointment, an order, a repair), or in answer to a text that business sent to famula’s number. Each text to a business says it is famula and who it is acting for. famula sends no marketing or promotional texts.
How texts start
A person starts receiving texts by giving famula their mobile number in their conversation with it, after signing up at famula.ai and accepting the terms, and asking famula to text them. The first text famula sends to any number ends with this notice, exactly as it arrives:
Texts from famula, an AI assistant. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
How often, what it costs, and how to stop
Message frequency varies with the work, a few texts a day at most for one person. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from that number, and HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of using famula or of paying for anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and texting consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The privacy page says what is kept and why.
